Completing Vaccination/Immunization of your child is extremely important to protect your child from diseases for which vaccines are available. While few vaccinations are mandatory as recommended by the health department government of India, there are many other which should be taken like Hepatits A vaccine, Typhoid vaccine, Chickenpox vaccine , flu vaccine, Meningococcal vaccine to name a few. All these diseases which can be life threatening can be prevented by taking these vaccines. After all prevention is better than cure.

These vaccines are not given in government or municipal hospitals simply because of the cost which will be huge financial burden on the government . Most of the vaccines are given before 4 years of life because the immune system if the growing child responds very promptly to the vaccines .
